Spider Veins - What To Do... From Your Herbalist

Spider veins, similar to varicose veins, are small groups of tiny blood vessels under the skin.
They frequently resemble spider webs hence the name.
Their most common sites include legs and face.
They result from so-called venous congestion, same as varicose veins and require similar nutrients.
The foods that you will need include those high in bioflavonoids.
Flavonoids are plant bio-compounds found in veggies in fruits.
The fruits that are rich sources of flavonoids are deep red-blue in color. Examples include blackberries, blueberries, raspberries. Consider supplemental flavonoids (such as Thai-Go or Zambroza (Canada).
Based on my practice I would recommend herbal combination containing: Horse Chestnuts Seed Extract, Butchers Broom (both belong to the category of vaso-constrictors providing astringet benefits and saponins), also rutin, hesperidin and flavonoids.
A perfect example of such combination is Vari-Gone. Take 1 capsule twice daily. Consider also (in addition to the capsules) Vari-Gone Skin Cream.
By the way, both products are highly recommended (and work extremely well) for hemorrhoids as well.
