We are closed on Canadian Statutory Holidays.

Your order is generally prepared for shipment within 24 hours (one business day – no weekends) of its receipt.
The customer should generally receive the order within 3 business days of processing, or up to 5 business days if you live in Western Canada, depending on geographical area. Weekends and holidays do add time to processing.

It is essential that the correct address and phone number be given when the order is placed.
No order can be shipped to P.O. Box or RR #. All Canadian shipments are contracted out to Purolator Courier.

RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our goal. If, for any reason, you are not 100 percent satisfied with a product, you may return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Shipping must be prepaid on all product returns.

All returns must be preceded by a return authorization. To obtain a return authorization code please email us at support[at]natural-remedies-pro.com
Returns will not be accepted without return pre-authorization or if sent C.O.D.

ERRORS

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Please check your order for damage. Should your order arrived visibly damaged, do not accept it.
If you find damaged products inside the package, please contact us immediately. All damaged goods will be replaced at no cost to you, but we will require information that will enable us to file a claim with the courier company. You will be given instructions regarding further steps.

FRAUD
