Who we are...

Barbara and Christopher are our names.
We have been married for 29 years.
A long time ago Barbara was facing incredible health challenges including 7 (seven) miscarriages, very low blood pressure and extremely severe allergies.

Barbara had great difficulty getting pregnant
and once she did her pregnancy never lasted longer than 3 - 4 months.
You need to be a woman to understand and appreciate the trauma she was subjected to.

With no firm answers and no solutions from our medical community we finally turned to natural and complementary methods of health care.
For the first time in our lives we used with great success many natural remedies, herbal remedies, home remedies.

Today we are the proud parents of 4 (four) healthy children!!
And Barbara’s blood pressure is stable, her allergies are gone for ever too!

Trained in Emerson College of Herbology. He holds the title of Master of Herbology (M.H.) Christopher is an author and host of a talk show "Our Health" on the local Toronto radio station (CHIN FM). He is also the founder and president of Klub Sunshine, editor-in-chief of "Our Heath" monthly publication, and is a practicing herbalist.

Christopher is practicing modern western herbalism. Together we have founded the "Klub Sunshine", an informal consumer organization, a sort of a club.
Since 1993 it brings together the people interested in supplementation, natural and herbal remedies and healthy lifestyles.

14 years ago we owned a health food store. We used to work with many suppliers in the industry.

We used to have a small website to support our clients and club members. Nothing fancy, just a simple site with reference material for those who may be looking for a specific piece of information.
This has now changed. We have decided to go global.

And so we have started our natural-remedies-pro.com

We believe that a good site should provide an excellent content.
We desire to share our knowledge of natural remedies so that you too can gain confidence in using them.
We decided to leave out all the scientific jargon they teach you in the herbal college. Therefore we will do our best to present what we know in an easy, concise form.
